DR BLUES wants to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. E-mail us at info@drblues.com both with praise and objections.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments with PayPal or credit cards through PayPal gateway. PayPal is an online payment service for free, secure, simple and time-efficient payments in many online shops worldwide.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide with DHL express services or, if you live in the BENELUX, you can choose DHL parcel to lower transportation costs. The delivery time depends on your location.

Delivery charges are calculated with Delivery At Place (DAP) therefore all costs and taxes of import clearance are paid by the buyer. Prices are in Euros, a VAT of 21% included.

We are unable to issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. In the case of packages damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, please follow up with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your DR BLUES BELGIAN BREWS® products, return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. Any shipping charges are the clients responsibility.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, the product must be in good physical condition (not physically damaged or broken), in the originally packaging and with all the accessories originally included in your shipment.

Follow these steps to request a refund or an exchange

    • 1. Complete the enquiry form that you can find on our contact page.
    • 2. Include your order number and contact details (please  make sure your email is included).
    • 3. In the message box, include the reason for your return.
    • 4. Send the package back to DR BLUES BELGIAN BREWS® at Vaartdijk59, 3018 Wijgmaal

DAMAGED ITEMS

If the item is damaged, please send an email to info@drblues.com sending photographs clearly showing evidence of the damage. Include your order number in the email’s subject and include your telephone number in the message. If so, we will replace it without any costs. We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, you should follow up with the shipping carrier instead.
