In medicine, a NerveBlock© is used to control pain. A tasty pour from a glass is more pleasant than from a needle. NerveBlock©, our awarded beer, is a traditional DR BLUES™ prescription of the Belgian Tripel (8.5%) with hoppy character, large body and long aftertaste. Like all DR BLUES™ prescriptions, NerveBlock© is a limited production, cost-no-object boutique beer based on our original formula. Great combination with white meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes.

“An artfully balanced, fruity and floral beer that begs for another sip.”
NerveBlock© is a Belgian blonde TripelAle, so for its best enjoyment it should be drunk at a cool temperature, between 8-12ºC. You should rinse your DR BLUES glass toremove any grease or detergent. Decant the beer into the glass at about a 45 degree angle by pouring gently alongside the glass wall to avoid excessive top foaming. As you get to the last third of the beer, tilt the glass back and slightly raise the bottle to form the perfect top. In a perfect pouring, the division between the foam and the liquid should pass through Emily’s waist. NerveBlock© should sit in the glass for about 3 minutes at room temperature so it can release its most intimate flavors. Always hold the glass by its stem to prevent warming, smell the floral freshness of NerveBlock©, and take one big sip. After that, you can drink the brew at your own pace. Cheers!
Cool a bottle of NerveBlock© and one of your other favourite blonde beers. Pour the beers into separate glasses and taste them one after the other every 5 minutes for the next 30 minutes or so. Download the beer data sheet, fill out the evaluation and let us know how NerveBlock© compares to your favoritebeer. As time passes, beers often lose taste, become dull or even undrinkable as they warm up. NerveBlock©doesn’t! All DR BLUES beers taste rich until the last sip.
