NerveBlock™ is a Super Tripel IPA, best drank at a cool temperature, between 8-12ºC. You should rinse your DR BLUES glass to remove any grease or detergent. Pour gently alongside the glass wall to avoid excessive top foaming. For a perfect pour, the division between the foam and the liquid should pass through Emily’s waist. NerveBlock™ should be allowed to breath in the glass for about 2-3 minutes to release its flavors. Hold the glass by its stem to prevent warming, smell the floral freshness of NerveBlock™, and take one big sip. Thereafter, drink at your own pace. Just like in surgery, NerveBlock™ makes you comfortably numb. Cheers!
Cool a bottle of NerveBlock™ and one of your other favourite blonde beers. Pour the beers into separate glasses and taste them one after the other every 5 minutes for the next 30 minutes or so. Take your time and focus on how they compare to each other. As time passes, beers often lose taste, become dull or even undrinkable as they warm up. NerveBlock™ doesn’t! All DR BLUES beers taste rich until the last sip.
